My practice delivers a professional, courteous and expert service, in a timely manner.

 

I will discuss with you the most convenient location and way of undertaking your assessment. When meeting for your assessment, I will help to make you feel comfortable and at ease with the process.

 

In compliance with the Mental Capacity Act (2005), I am careful to support a person's ability to make a decision. I also assess whether they are making a decision of their own free will.

 

I am based in North Wales and able to travel.
